1.1. This website is operated by Cafe Otef and is used for purchasing products such as storybooks, T-shirts, hats, and other items.
1.2. Using the website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.3. Cafe Otef reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Orders are placed through the website only.
2.2. Payment is made via credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the site.
2.3. After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping is available across Israel via courier or registered mail.
3.2. Delivery time is up to 7 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3.3. In the event of a shipping delay, the customer will be updated accordingly.

Returns and Refunds Policy

4. Return Policy

4.1. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are in new condition and unused.
4.2. Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-returnable.
4.3. Digital products, such as storybooks sent by email, are not eligible for return.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the moment the returned product is received.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

6. Order Cancellation by Customer

6.1. Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped, by contacting customer service via email or phone.
6.2. If the order has already been shipped, it may be returned according to the return policy.

7. Order Cancellation by Cafe Otef

7.1. Cafe Otef reserves the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error, item being out of stock, or suspected unlawful activity.
7.2. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
